Preparing for Your CBT Session

OK, once again, it’s time to trot out some basics about getting ready for your CBT session. You need to be ready before you call. What preparations do you need to make?

First, get your toys ready. You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars at the adult superstore for these toys, but you need some things. Nipple clamps, clothes pins, sandpaper, ice cubes, bowl of water and ice, light rope or rawhide laces, a paddle, rubber bands, sterilized sounds (metal medical instruments, not your favorite music), wire brush, pepper juice, any other implements that turn you on. Yes, we can get along with just a few of these items, but the more you have available before you call, the better the call will be. As you gather them, you’ll be thinking about the call, anticipating how I might use the items you’re gathering and you will be even more excited when you call.

Second, take some time to email (or even call me) to ask about your toys or get other information about your session. Schedule a date and time for it. As an experienced phone sex Mistress, I know when I get one of these emails that you are someone who wants a great session and is preparing in advance for it. And, of course, this increases anticipation and your excitement level before the session even starts.

Finally, be sure you set aside enough time for a great session. Put the session on your calendar so you see it there. In my experience, a great CBT session lasts at least 45 minutes and usually longer. If you absolutely cannot set aside that much time, please don’t expect greatness. It takes time to move you up past the various pain thresholds. If you want a shorter session, decrease your expectations exponentially.

As a Mistress, I make use of that anticipation much as theme parks create anticipation in their customers for the various rides. Yes, the CBT session focuses on different peaks than a theme park, but the results are equally successful when the anticipation builds to the ultimate point before the session. These three points will help you build anticipation for your CBT session.

Slow, Steady Build Leads to Successful CBT Trainings

I do lots of CBT calls. Frequently I hear from callers who are new to me that they weren’t pushed hard enough or were pushed too hard by Mistresses they’ve worked with in the past. Sometimes this might happen because the previous Mistress had not yet developed much expertise with CBT. Sometimes, though, it happens because the Mistress rushes into the hardcore pain too quickly. I reassure these callers that I have lots of experience with CBT sessions and will work with them to achieve a great session. Because I’m very experienced with CBT, I am confident that, with their cooperation, I can achieve great results with their CBT session.

Cooperation from the caller is critical. Since this is not a live session, the caller must have sufficient toys and implements to use to create the pain. He must also be willing to follow my instructions and to trust me. Naturally, he will have a safety word to use in case a particular technique becomes too much for him to handle.

There is a pain continuum that starts light, with spanking and pinching and moves right on up the scale to the most extreme torture techniques. It is normal for the caller to feel the most extreme techniques for a week or longer after the session.

Knowing the level my caller has achieved on that scale is critical to creating a great session for him. So, I use questions to find out. What have you done? What “toys” do you have for us to use today?

Once I have an idea of what they’ve done before and their reaction to it, I sometimes have them supplement their “toy” supply with household items. Before I begin instructing them in the techniques I want them to use, I have decided the starting and ending point of the pain scale for that day.

For me, it’s important to start at the right place for the caller. Anything else will likely cause a caller to end the call early and be unsatisfied. I move my caller steadily up the pain scale I’ve decided upon. Checking on how they’re doing is particularly necessary with a caller who’s new to me or with whom I’ve done just a couple of trainings. I don’t want to over- or under-estimate their pain threshold. With my regular CBT callers, I don’t need to ask—I know where their threshold is and how far to push them.

Are You Ready for Your CBT Session?

You’ve been thinking about it, saving up for it. Now, you want to call me for that CBT session. Hold on a minute. CBT sessions don’t just happen because you call me. You need a little preparation before you call so you can be sure to have a great session.

OK – you’ll need some toys. Yes, we can get along with just a few items, but you have to have them. As a phone sex Mistress, I love doing CBT sessions. But if you’re not sure what you need to be ready for yours, then email me and ask!

When I get such emails, I know I’m hearing from someone who wants a good session and is willing to spend time and money in advance to get ready for it. Believe it or not, the advance preparation also helps to heighten your anticipation of the session. Pre-session anticipation adds spice to a CBT session. It takes the session to a higher level for you.

I love giving a list of items to potential callers for them to have available. Inevitably, at least one item intrigues them and makes them wonder to what use it will be put. Sometimes I tell them; sometimes I laugh and tell them to wait and see. Either way, purchasing and gathering all these items in preparation for the session heightens the caller’s anticipation.

When you’re jonesing for that CBT session, think about how much greater the anticipation will be if you contact me, your Mistress, for information on toys or to schedule an appointment time for your session. Ways to Increase the CBT Training Experience

As most of you who read my blog regularly know, CBT is one of my favorite trainings to do as a phone sex Mistress. While it is certainly not as frequently requested as the stroking and feminization areas of BDSM, it certainly has its devotees. However, sometimes a caller is at his top pain tolerance level but I still want to increase his experience. A big leap in pain techniques will simply drive him away. So, it needs to be something else.

Through the years, I’ve noticed that CBT callers who schedule their training in advance and spend time preparing for it usually have a heightened experience during the training. As the date for their session gets closer, anticipation of the session starts to increase his excitement. When the day of the session arrives, he’s eager and excited for his training.

I encourage CBT callers who make appointments to gather all their CBT toys and implements into one place—perhaps a box or drawer. Then, for several days prior to their session, I instruct them to touch and play with the various items in their box, imagining how they will be used and the pleasure they will experience. By the day of the appointment, their excitement is at a very high level and they are ready for their session.

I have noticed that most of the people who make the effort to give themselves the best chance for a great CBT session are very bright, well educated and pleasant.

Serious Versus Casual CBT Callers

Contrary to what many callers might believe, preparing for a great CBT session does not start and end with gathering the toys and calling the Mistress. In my experience as a phone sex Mistress who does lots of CBT sessions, those callers who are happiest with their sessions and call regularly over time (whom I will refer to here as “serious” CBT callers) have certain similarities not necessarily evident in casual CBT callers.

The serious caller is completely submissive to the orders of the Mistress. He does not refuse an instruction or question why the Mistress is doing it. When the Mistress orders him to obtain a particular toy, he does not ask why she wants it or what it does; he simply obtains it for the next session.

In contrast, the casual CBT caller may refuse certain standard CBT techniques, fail to obtain the requested toys, and question why the Mistress wants a certain item and how she plans to use it.

The serious CBT caller calls only one Mistress for his sessions. In most instances he schedules his sessions in advance and sometimes even has a standing appointment with his Mistress for the sessions. He places himself in her hands and permits her to guide him up the pain scale at an appropriate rate, trusting her expertise. He understands that a great CBT session takes 60-90 minutes and makes certain he has time and privacy to devote to the session.

The casual CBT caller rarely makes appointments for sessions. He calls different Mistresses and sometimes substitutes 10-20 minute sessions for longer ones.

While making short calls to lots of different Mistresses this might be a way for a caller to determine which Mistress is best for him, the casual caller never seems to select a Mistress and proceed forward. The serious callers frequently select a Mistress based upon a brief email exchange followed by their first session. When they do call several Mistresses before deciding on one, they approach sessions in a more serious manner than the casual callers.

Frequently casual callers are hampered by the presence of others in the house. This means he is unable to get items he forgot to bring, cannot make much noise, and sometimes is interrupted during the session by a family member.

The occasional caller is not likely to achieve the same experience from CBT sessions as the serious caller. He invests less time and effort into the sessions and never reaches the heights enjoyed by the serious caller.

Why Combine CBT with Tease & Denial? Because It’s FUN!

Great tease & denial can be very challenging. For many callers, the challenge in it is more than sufficient. However, some callers want to push the envelope and make things even more difficult. So, they ask for CBT as part of their tease & denial sessions.

As a Mistress who specializes in CBT, I love combining it with other trainings. When I have a tease and denial caller who also wants CBT, it’s both challenging and fun—for him and for me.

The combination trainings are not just doing one thing mostly and adding the other at the end. It’s a delicate balance of combining CBT with stroking to create even more excitement for the caller. For a caller who is calling me for the first time for such a combination, I try to make the time spent on each thing about even. However, when I’ve been doing regular combination sessions with a caller, I will sometimes skew a session more towards CBT and another time more towards T&D.

The ache that is created in the balls with tease and denial trainings is an on-going ache that typically lasts in between sessions. On the other hand, the sharper pain associated with CBT is over quickly and there are perhaps a few scrapes and bruises for a day or two.

I believe it is the mental part of CBT and T&D that the callers love combining. Yes, the pain is something that attracts them. It is the recollection of the session, of what they were made to do, of their own acquiecense to the humiliation of having someone else tell them how to stroke, how to torture themselves, that lasts longest for callers. That’s why they call—to get that feeling of submissiveness, of humiliation.

CBT Sessions with Feminization Callers

As a phone sex Mistress, I have lots of callers who love CBT, one of my specialties. Feminization callers also call me for CBT sessions. These callers are not usually seeking the same type of CBT training as my usual callers, nor do they want the slow buildup of pain to the ultimate finish that my other CBT callers want.

For most feminization callers, CBT is all about hurting the cock and balls. I sometimes suspect they are hoping for damage so they have a solid medical reason to have them removed. As a Mistress, I am not going to have them doing things that will cause that level of damage, but I can tell that’s what they really want.

Lots of these feminization callers hate their cock and balls. They want to be rid of them but most cannot afford the lengthy and expensive process for sexual reassignment surgery. So they settle for second best, which is causing as much pain to those areas as possible. I have one caller who asked women to knee or kick him in the balls. He reveled in the pain this caused him and enjoyed the residual pain over the next few days.

Still other callers go for other ballbusting techniques: hammering their balls, pressing them between two hard surfaces and pounding on them, slamming them in door jambs. One such caller tied his balls to a friend’s bicycle and had the friend ride off. The caller chased after the bicyclist, screaming in pain and finally did pull the slipknot his friend had insisted upon. This shows you the level of hate such callers have for their genitals.

As a responsible Mistress, I cannot and do not recommend that callers do any of these things without being supervised by a Mistress. Your Mistress will telll you to take the proper precautions to avoid injury. What I have learned about such callers is, if they really want to lose their genitals they will find a way to accomplish that. They are calling me for pain—not for damage. I keep it at that level and do not go beyond.

Are You Ready for Your CBT Session?

As a phone sex Mistress, I frequently get calls from men who want a hardcore, very painful CBT session. Since this is one of my specialties, I am pleased to hear this. Then I ask them, “What toys do you have available for today’s session?” Too many times, with someone calling me for the first time, the answer is, “Nothing, Mistress.” Occasionally, they will say they have a shoe lace or some string, perhaps a rubber band.

Now, I’m good at CBT—very good. But, creating their requested “hardcore, very painful” CBT session with so little is not possible. Certainly, I can help them find household items to create an acceptable CBT session, though the level of pain will be highly determined by what items they are able to find.

So, if you’re looking for a Mistress to provide a hardcore, very painful CBT experience, here is a list of items you should have available:

· Clothespins – 40 to 50 of them
· Nipple clamps – clover clamps are best
· Several long taper candles that drip wax
· Matches or lighter
· 9 volt batteries
· Icy-Hot or BenGay
· Workboots or military boots with laces
· 4 quart bottles of water
· Ice cubes
· Dildo
· Scrub brush, metal bristles are best, 2” by 4” good size
· Bowl of water
· Cock flogger
· Wooden paddle, studded is preferable
· Large black binder clamps, 30-50 of them
· Ball weights, if you have them
· Sounds, must be sterilized in autoclave prior to use

If you have all these things, I can promise you the painful session you desire. If you have most of them, we can still do pretty well. The most important thing to bring is your own mind and belief that we will create a great CBT session for you. So, get everything ready and prepare to moan, scream and cry in pain, to beg me for mercy. You’ll be glad you did!
