Anonymity and Discretion – On Our Part, And Yours

In general, when you call, your information is processed by our Dispatchers, who are highly trained in secure handling of credit card data, and are familiar with our privacy policies. You may opt to request not to have your name passed along to the Mistress with whom you’re going to do your call – this is your right, and we do not mind working with you to protect your privacy in whatever way makes you comfortable.

We will only provide information about your calls to YOU. If another party calls to inquire about a transaction on a credit card statement, and the party is obviously not the person who made the call, the caller is advised that our privacy policy does not allow us to provide this information to anyone except for the original customer.
