Preparing for Your CBT Session

OK, once again, it’s time to trot out some basics about getting ready for your CBT session. You need to be ready before you call. What preparations do you need to make?

First, get your toys ready. You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars at the adult superstore for these toys, but you need some things. Nipple clamps, clothes pins, sandpaper, ice cubes, bowl of water and ice, light rope or rawhide laces, a paddle, rubber bands, sterilized sounds (metal medical instruments, not your favorite music), wire brush, pepper juice, any other implements that turn you on. Yes, we can get along with just a few of these items, but the more you have available before you call, the better the call will be. As you gather them, you’ll be thinking about the call, anticipating how I might use the items you’re gathering and you will be even more excited when you call.

Second, take some time to email (or even call me) to ask about your toys or get other information about your session. Schedule a date and time for it. As an experienced phone sex Mistress, I know when I get one of these emails that you are someone who wants a great session and is preparing in advance for it. And, of course, this increases anticipation and your excitement level before the session even starts.

Finally, be sure you set aside enough time for a great session. Put the session on your calendar so you see it there. In my experience, a great CBT session lasts at least 45 minutes and usually longer. If you absolutely cannot set aside that much time, please don’t expect greatness. It takes time to move you up past the various pain thresholds. If you want a shorter session, decrease your expectations exponentially.

Great Cuckold Scenes Require Creation of Maximum Pleasure

In order to create the perfect scene, I begin asking questions. Where and how did your wife meet her boyfriend? Were you with her? Did you help her choose the boyfriend? Once your wife had her boyfriend, did she permit you to participate with them, or are you sent to another room to imagine what they are doing? Or are you left at home while they go to the boyfriend’s home for their affair? Once I have an idea of the caller’s reality or fantasy, I begin to create his cuckold scene.

How the wife teases her boyfriend is something I love to include. Then, the husband watches as the wife and boyfriend begin to tease each other in front of him. The boyfriend is never submissive to the husband and I usually draw him as someone who ignores, laughs at or disregards the husband’s “rights” to his wife. The husband must know he doesn’t count in this cuckold relationship. His needs are not important and he will receive only what his wife (and perhaps the boyfriend) permit him to have.

That, with the description of the sexual scene between the wife and boyfriend typically is more than enough to take my caller over the top and keep him coming back for more. And, of course, I don’t use the same story twice, unless the caller really wants to hear it again.

Tease and Denial Fun

When I have a caller who asks for tease and denial, I need information from that caller. The three part question I ask callers at the start of the call: do they want (1) a guaranteed release at the end of the call; (2) a guaranteed denial at the end of the call, or (3) leave it up to me what happens.

Since option 3 gives me the most discretion, how do I decide whether I will permit or deny that release? Lots of factors enter into my decision. How frequently have I spoken with the caller? Is he someone with whom I work regularly, or a first time caller? Has he set a very tight time cutoff for the call? Or is the call time unlimited, or at least long enough to provide a nice long tease time (typically 45-60 minutes or over for me)?

If I have a regular caller on a training schedule, that schedule will dictate whether he is permitted to have a release and, in fact, I won’t even ask him the three part question. We’ve already long since passed that area of information and are into regular training.

With a caller I’m talking with for the first time, the decision is much more subjective and difficult. As a phone sex Mistress I love to hear callers moan and beg as they move up the pleasure scale when stroking. As they get closer to the edge, I expect to hear them begin to ask and then finally beg me to let them cum. The promises they make to me when in such a state are many (and rarely kept). A Slow, Steady Build Makes for a Great CBT Training

I frequently get comments from CBT callers who are new to me that they weren’t pushed hard enough or were pushed too hard by their previous Mistresses. This commonly occurs with Mistresses who have not yet developed expertise with CBT. As a phone sex Mistress who is very experienced with CBT, I reassure my caller that he can trust me to give him a great session. Because I am confident in my CBT skills, callers generally give me a chance to do that session with them.

There are all levels of CBT, starting with light spanking and pinching and moving up the scale to extreme torture techniques that the caller will feel for a week or longer after the session. So where, on that scale, is my caller right now? I use questions to find out what my caller has done before, what he has enjoyed and what didn’t work. Of course, I ask what “toys” he has for us to use.

Once I determine what they’ve done before, and learn that it left them unsatisfied, I can have them supplement their “toy” supply with household items. By then I have decided the starting and ending point of the pain scale we’ll be traveling that day.

It’s important to start at the right place for the caller. Anything else will likely cause a caller to end the call early and be unsatisfied. Too light or too heavy, neither will give my caller any confidence in me.

As I start the session, I move steadily up the pain scale I’ve decided upon. I check their status with them regularly. This is especially necessary with a caller who’s new to me or with whom I’ve done just a couple of trainings. I want to be sure I don’t over- or under-estimate their pain threshold. With my regular CBT callers, I don’t need to ask—I know where their threshold is and how far to push them.
