Lots of you who plan to call for a CBT session with me want to know, “What should I have available when I call you?”  I’ve mentioned these items before in my blog as well as in emails to those of you who have asked in the past.  As a phone sex Mistress, I realize you don’t always have a chance to look back in my blog archives for the list.  So, let’s review that list again.

• Clothespins – 30 to 40
• Shoelaces or rawhide bootlace
• Toothbrush
• Toothpaste
• Mouthwash
• IcyHot or BenGay
• Sandpaper
• Nipple clamps
• Candles (long taper style)
• Matches or lighter
• Wooden paddle (wooden cooking spoon will work)
• Leather belt
• Shoes with laces in or work or hiking boots with laces in

• 2 bottles of water

This list will do for those of you who enjoy CBT but don’t go to the point of creating additional equipment for yourself.  If you do, by all means, bring your extra equipment!

And, before I get tons of questions, no, you do not have to have everything on the list before you call.  However, you do need to have most of it if you want a really great session.  In addition, make sure you have a private place for your session where you won’t be overheard or interrupted.

Cooperation from the caller is critical.  Since this is not a live session, the caller must have sufficient toys and implements to use to create the pain.  He must also be willing to follow my instructions and to trust me.  Naturally, he will have a safety word to use in case a particular technique becomes too much for him to handle.

There is a pain continuum that starts light, with spanking and pinching and moves right on up the scale to the most extreme torture techniques.  It is normal for the caller to feel the most extreme techniques for a week or longer after the session.  

Knowing the level my caller has achieved on that scale is critical to creating a great session for him.  So, I use questions to find out.  What have you done?  What “toys” do you have for us to use today?  

Once I have an idea of what they’ve done before and their reaction to it, I sometimes have them supplement their “toy” supply with household items.  Before I begin instructing them in the techniques I want them to use, I have decided the starting and ending point of the pain scale for that day.  

For me, it’s important to start at the right place for the caller.  Anything else will likely cause a caller to end the call early and be unsatisfied.  I move my caller steadily up the pain scale I’ve decided upon.  Checking on how they’re doing is particularly necessary with a caller who’s new to me or with whom I’ve done just a couple of trainings.  I don’t want to over- or under-estimate their pain threshold. With my regular CBT callers, I don’t need to ask—I know where their threshold is and how far to push them.

Ballbusting is a niche of BDSM and there are men who really enjoy it.  They get excited about a woman’s knee or foot smashing into their testicles.  Or they enjoy other forms of pounding on or piercing their sac and balls.

During the show, I told them about a time when I actually did some ballbusting—inadvertently.  I’m a martial artist, have trained for over 30 years and hold a 3rd degree black belt.  One important part of our classes is free-sparring, where we pair off to fight and defend using our techniques.  

I was sparring with another black belt and in the full speed part of the session, he zigged when he should have zagged and walked right into one of my groin level kicks.  Of course, he was wearing a cup; it’s a requirement for all the guys.  Now, cups don’t stop all the pain, but they are supposed to stop any damage from occurring.  Not his cup, not this time.  

For reasons no one has been able to determine, his cup broke and splintered when my foot impacted it.  We both heard the crack.  But there is usually a loud sound when a cup gets kicked or hit, so I didn’t think much about it at the time.  He, naturally, hit the floor.  As he was curled into the fetal position, he mentioned it felt like something was scratching him.  About that time he moved his hands and I saw blood staining his gi.  He reached inside and started pulling out pieces of his cup.  

At the Urgent Care facility, they X-rayed and told him there were no pieces of the cup still in the sac, but the sac had several cuts where it had been pierced.  He told me all this when I called later to check on him.  We’re all still mystified as to why the cup broke—that had never happened before.

Inadvertently, he and I both had a real experience with ballbusting.  He doesn’t want to do it again—imagine that.

I have one caller who uses both traditional and non-traditional figging with his CBT sessions. He does prepare the ginger root and use it on occasion. However, his preference is to get juice from the root and use it to coat an aneros. He says the aneros easily touches the prostate, which gives him the great “burn” from the ginger at the most sensitive spot.

I like to spend plenty of time on sessions with my callers so they get the full benefit of the “build” from light torture techniques all the way up to the highest level I plan for them. Figging provides an additional level which I enjoy using on those who are properly prepared for it.

As a professional phone sex Mistress, I need to verify that my caller has properly prepared the ginger root. The root must be sufficient size, carefully peeled, and have a one-half inch ridge carved in it about an inch from the base. Failure to properly prepare the ginger can result in injury and/or a trip to the emergency room. Obviously, when using an aneros coated with ginger, there is less possibility of problems as opposed to using the ginger root.
