There are numerous BDSM fetishes and none of the callers are alike.  They need different techniques, knowledge and approaches to work with their individual fetish preferences.  An orgasm denial caller and a feminization caller require different approaches from a Mistress; fetish slaves demand different techniques than more casual fetish callers.

However, there are certain things I owe to all femdom callers.  First, I owe them my undivided attention.  They need to know that I am not watching television, writing my blog or stories for my audios, sending internet messages to others, or otherwise distracted.  I am focused on them—on what they are telling me as well as creating their fetish fantasy session.  As we all know, it isn’t easy in this day and age to focus completely.  There can be interruptions by people knocking at the door, calling on other phone lines, gardeners running equipment so close that it deafens me and my caller, pets or others in the house demanding attention.  These things must be ignored. 

In the case of a personal emergency, I tell my caller a personal emergency has arisen with which I must deal and I offer to call him back in a few minutes.  Is this ideal?  No.  But it sure beats hanging up abruptly on my caller because of the intrusion.  The hanging up abruptly option is the province of the caller, not the Mistress.  My definition of emergency is very limited and involves a true emergency situation.  Answering the door or another phone line or dealing with spilled pet food are not emergencies and I ignore them and continue to focus on my caller.  The only thing I do during a call besides focus on my caller is sip water or tea to keep my throat lubricated.

I have one caller who uses both traditional and non-traditional figging with his CBT sessions. He does prepare the ginger root and use it on occasion. However, his preference is to get juice from the root and use it to coat an aneros. Once I determine what they’ve done before, and learn that it left them unsatisfied, I can have them supplement their “toy” supply with household items. By then I have decided the starting and ending point of the pain scale we’ll be traveling that day.

It’s important to start at the right place for the caller. Anything else will likely cause a caller to end the call early and be unsatisfied.

I move steadily up the pain scale I’ve decided upon. I check their status with them regularly. This is especially necessary with a caller who’s new to me or with whom I’ve done just a couple of trainings. I want to be sure I don’t over- or under-estimate their pain threshold. With my regular CBT callers, I don’t need to ask—I know where their threshold is and how far to push them.
