Now, I’m very good at CBT sessions.  However, creating their requested “hardcore, very painful” CBT session with so few toys is simply not possible.  I can help them find household items to create an acceptable CBT session, though the level of pain will be very limited by the items they are able or willing to find.

Clearly, you need to prepare in advance if you want a very painful CBT experience.  Here is a list of items you should have available:

• Clothespins – 40 to 50 of them
• Nipple clamps – clover clamps are best
• Several long taper candles that drip wax
• Matches or lighter
• 9 volt batteries
• Icy-Hot or BenGay or pepper juice
• Workboots or military boots with laces
• 4 quart bottles of water
• Ice cubes
• Dildo
• Scrub brush, metal bristles are best, 2” by 4” good size
• Bowl of water
• Cock flogger
• Wooden paddle, studded is preferable
• Large black binder clamps, 30-50 of them
• Ball weights, if you have them
• Sounds, must be sterilized in autoclave prior to use

If you have all these things and are willing to use them as I instruct, I can promise you the painful session you desire.  If you have most, but not all, of them, we can still do pretty well.  Most important is to bring your belief that we will create a great CBT session for you.

I like to use the lighter areas of CBT as the “tease.”   This includes pinching and clamping the nipples, spanking, and tying up the balls.  These all move the tease along and, when a bit of body stroking is worked in with it, the nerve endings start to get very excited.

Because both focus on the stimulation of nerve endings, CBT and T&D are a great combination.  Like T&D callers, most CBT callers hope to be given permission to cum toward the end of their call.  Neither type of caller is guaranteed a release.  When I combine both techniques in one session, my caller is not permitted a release unless/until I give him my permission.  While this eliminates use of one of my very favorite severe pain techniques, because that technique requires a release, it’s also OK because many callers who like to combine these two techniques aren’t quite that far along the pain threshold anyway.  For those who are, I like to deny the caller over and over and then use that pain technique when I finally permit the release.

So, how do I go about building anticipation for my callers?  It differs for each caller and is definitely based on the type of fetish the caller enjoys.  If you love guided masturbation or tease and denial, I might have you refrain from stroking or cumming for a period of days prior to our call.  I might also direct you to look at photos on a sexy lingerie site during that time.  During your call I would very slowly and deliberately increase your excitement, teasing you, then bringing you to the edge over and over before the end of the call.  For my lovely cocksuckers, I also deny them stroking and cumming, and might direct them to men’s underwear sites where they can check out hot sexy guys to have their appetite whetted for our call.  For guys loving cuckold fantasies I might have them read cuckold stories on the internet to increase their anticipation.

There are all levels of CBT, starting with light spanking and pinching and moving up the scale to extreme torture techniques that the caller will feel for a week or longer after the session.  So where, on that scale, is my caller right now?  I use questions to find out what my caller has done before, what he has enjoyed and what didn’t work.  Of course, I ask what “toys” he has for us to use.

Once I determine what they’ve done before, and learn that it left them unsatisfied, I can have them supplement their “toy” supply with household items.  By then I have decided the starting and ending point of the pain scale we’ll be traveling that day.

It’s important to start at the right place for the caller.  Anything else will likely cause a caller to end the call early and be unsatisfied.  Too light or too heavy, neither will give my caller any confidence in me.

As I start the session, I move steadily up the pain scale I’ve decided upon.  I check their status with them regularly.  This is especially necessary with a caller who’s new to me or with whom I’ve done just a couple of trainings.  I want to be sure I don’t over- or under-estimate their pain threshold. With my regular CBT callers, I don’t need to ask—I know where their threshold is and how far to push them.

With phone sessions, the culmination of the session is for the caller to have an orgasm.  While it may seem unusual to experience pain in order to achieve pleasure, callers who love CBT need pain in order to achieve the most pleasurable orgasm.

Ideally, the caller will have a selection of toys to aid in the torture.  Nipple clamps (Japanese clover clamps are my favorites, I think), dildos, anal beads, ball stretchers, clothespins with firm springs, sounds, paddles and floggers, just to name a few.  There are many more things to use.

I am also adept at teaching you to use every day household items to create the pain if you don’t have the toys mentioned above.  For example, clothespins with the firm springs are a household item and very useful indeed.  Candles and matches add some fun, as do ice cubes.  Toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash are always fun, plus some Ben-Gay or IcyHot.  Don’t have a dildo?  Well there are vegetables that will suffice, or the handle of a wooden spoon or a plunger.  Shoelaces can be used quite creatively in nipple and ball stretching.  Workboots (or even athletic shoes) with laces provide marvelous ball weights and more weight can be added by filling them with canned food, bottles of water or soda and the like.  A 9 volt battery can add an interesting aspect to the training.  A belt can substitute for a paddle or flogger quite nicely.  Though I prefer not to use them, many callers prefer to use Q-tips or other household items for urethral penetration instead of purchasing much safer (and more effective) sounds.

Does the idea of all this pain make you wonder if you’d be able to have that great release?  No worries.  Some callers are so excited at their climax that they shoot the metal sound out and across the room so it hits the wall.
