Pain fetish trainings aren’t for everyone. However, if you love them, or have a feeling that you might, it’s definitely time to explore this niche fetish. I am also adept at teaching you to use every day household items to create the pain if you don’t have the toys mentioned above. For example, clothespins with the firm springs are a household item and very useful indeed. Candles and matches add some fun, as do ice cubes. Toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash are always fun, plus some Ben-Gay or IcyHot. Don’t have a dildo? Well there are vegetables that will suffice, or the handle of a wooden spoon or a plunger. Shoelaces can be used quite creatively in nipple and ball stretching. Workboots (or even athletic shoes) with laces provide marvelous ball weights and more weight can be added by filling them with canned food, bottles of water or soda and the like. A 9 volt battery can add an interesting aspect to the training. A belt can substitute for a paddle or flogger quite nicely. Though I prefer not to use them, many callers prefer to use Q-tips or other household items for urethral penetration instead of purchasing much safer (and more effective) sounds.

Giantess Fun!

What’s Your Favorite Type of Fetish Call?

What’s the Difference Between CBT and Ballbusting?

Recently I’ve had several callers and potential callers ask me the difference between CBT and ballbusting. Now, clearly, they’re into pain or they wouldn’t even be interested. So, as a phone sex Mistress with a lot of experience in both these areas, I thought it might be good to post an answer on my blog.

CBT, or cock and ball torture, involves creating increasing levels of pain for the caller. I like to start out with light pain and add layers of techniques to increase the pain to whatever level the caller can handle and perhaps a tiny bit beyond that. After all, pushing these callers further than they’ve been before is certainly part of the allure of CBT.

But, I hear you saying, doesn’t CBT include ballbusting by definition. No, my friends, it does not. Ballbusting focuses exclusively on the balls. It goes much further than any ball torture that’s part of CBT might go.

In a CBT session I like to start with a hard spanking. Then I follow that with bringing pain to nipples. Thereafter, depending on how hard the cock is, I focus on bringing increasing levels of pain to cock and balls. Refer to earlier posts for the type of toys you should have available for CBT sessions. I like to have a wide selection to choose from, even if I don’t always use all of them.

In ballbusting sessions, callers have different things they really love. Some have another person there to kick or knee them in the balls and that’s sometimes all they really want. It’s the humiliation of another person putting them down in this way that attracts them. Typically, they like to have a woman there doing this, but if they can’t find another person to do it, they set up something that they can run into to create the same feeling.

Other ballbusting callers like smashing their balls with hammers or meat tenderizers, sometimes first placing the balls on a hard surface to insure a better smack on the balls. Some love to take skewers (I prefer that they use metal ones to avoid splinters) and hammer or shove them through the sac. Most like to put the skewers close to, but not through the balls. Others want them going right through the balls. These sessions are not for the faint of heart! I typically make callers beg very hard before letting them put skewers (or anything else) through their balls or even hammer them hard. These things can damage the balls. While that’s what these callers want, I’m not going to simply order them to do so without them begging and pleading long and hard for it.

In fact, the difference between pain (and sometimes a lot of it) and damage may define the difference between CBT and ballbusting. In CBT I enjoy causing pain, especially when that pain might last for a few days, reminding them each time they feel it of our session. In ballbusting, I am careful to make the caller insist upon damaging himself before I say he may do so.

Be sure you have your “toys” with you when you call and do set aside at least 30 minutes for your first session. We might not go that long, but that will allow me to see your limits. If you know or suspect that your wife, girlfriend or roommate is returning soon, or that an important call is coming in shortly, don’t call for your CBT session. Wait until you know you’ll have plenty of time alone so you can enjoy the session without concern about interruptions.

Schedule Change; Fun Cocksucking Calls; Great Domination

Slow, Steady Build Leads to Successful CBT Trainings

I do lots of CBT calls. Frequently I hear from callers who are new to me that they weren’t pushed hard enough or were pushed too hard by Mistresses they’ve worked with in the past. Sometimes this might happen because the previous Mistress had not yet developed much expertise with CBT. Sometimes, though, it happens because the Mistress rushes into the hardcore pain too quickly. I reassure these callers that I have lots of experience with CBT sessions and will work with them to achieve a great session. Because I’m very experienced with CBT, I am confident that, with their cooperation, I can achieve great results with their CBT session.

Cooperation from the caller is critical. Since this is not a live session, the caller must have sufficient toys and implements to use to create the pain. He must also be willing to follow my instructions and to trust me. Naturally, he will have a safety word to use in case a particular technique becomes too much for him to handle.

There is a pain continuum that starts light, with spanking and pinching and moves right on up the scale to the most extreme torture techniques. It is normal for the caller to feel the most extreme techniques for a week or longer after the session.

Knowing the level my caller has achieved on that scale is critical to creating a great session for him. So, I use questions to find out. What have you done? What “toys” do you have for us to use today?

Once I have an idea of what they’ve done before and their reaction to it, I sometimes have them supplement their “toy” supply with household items. Before I begin instructing them in the techniques I want them to use, I have decided the starting and ending point of the pain scale for that day.

For me, it’s important to start at the right place for the caller. Anything else will likely cause a caller to end the call early and be unsatisfied. I move my caller steadily up the pain scale I’ve decided upon. Checking on how they’re doing is particularly necessary with a caller who’s new to me or with whom I’ve done just a couple of trainings. I don’t want to over- or under-estimate their pain threshold. With my regular CBT callers, I don’t need to ask—I know where their threshold is and how far to push them.

Are You Ready for Your CBT Session?

I love giving a list of items to potential callers for them to have available. Inevitably, at least one item intrigues them and makes them wonder to what use it will be put. Sometimes I tell them; sometimes I laugh and tell them to wait and see. Either way, purchasing and gathering all these items in preparation for the session heightens the caller’s anticipation.
