Now, I’m very good at CBT sessions.  However, creating their requested “hardcore, very painful” CBT session with so few toys is simply not possible.  I can help them find household items to create an acceptable CBT session, though the level of pain will be very limited by the items they are able or willing to find.

Clearly, you need to prepare in advance if you want a very painful CBT experience.  Here is a list of items you should have available:

• Clothespins – 40 to 50 of them
• Nipple clamps – clover clamps are best
• Several long taper candles that drip wax
• Matches or lighter
• 9 volt batteries
• Icy-Hot or BenGay or pepper juice
• Workboots or military boots with laces
• 4 quart bottles of water
• Ice cubes
• Dildo
• Scrub brush, metal bristles are best, 2” by 4” good size
• Bowl of water
• Cock flogger
• Wooden paddle, studded is preferable
• Large black binder clamps, 30-50 of them
• Ball weights, if you have them
• Sounds, must be sterilized in autoclave prior to use

If you have all these things and are willing to use them as I instruct, I can promise you the painful session you desire.  If you have most, but not all, of them, we can still do pretty well.  Most important is to bring your belief that we will create a great CBT session for you.

I like to use the lighter areas of CBT as the “tease.”   This includes pinching and clamping the nipples, spanking, and tying up the balls.  These all move the tease along and, when a bit of body stroking is worked in with it, the nerve endings start to get very excited.

Because both focus on the stimulation of nerve endings, CBT and T&D are a great combination.  Like T&D callers, most CBT callers hope to be given permission to cum toward the end of their call.  Neither type of caller is guaranteed a release.  When I combine both techniques in one session, my caller is not permitted a release unless/until I give him my permission.  While this eliminates use of one of my very favorite severe pain techniques, because that technique requires a release, it’s also OK because many callers who like to combine these two techniques aren’t quite that far along the pain threshold anyway.  For those who are, I like to deny the caller over and over and then use that pain technique when I finally permit the release.

Ideally, the caller will have a selection of toys to aid in the torture.  Nipple clamps (Japanese clover clamps are my favorites, I think), dildos, anal beads, ball stretchers, clothespins with firm springs, sounds, paddles and floggers, just to name a few.  There are many more things to use.

I am also adept at teaching you to use every day household items to create the pain if you don’t have the toys mentioned above.  For example, clothespins with the firm springs are a household item and very useful indeed.  Candles and matches add some fun, as do ice cubes.  Toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash are always fun, plus some Ben-Gay or IcyHot.  Don’t have a dildo?  Well there are vegetables that will suffice, or the handle of a wooden spoon or a plunger.  Shoelaces can be used quite creatively in nipple and ball stretching.  Workboots (or even athletic shoes) with laces provide marvelous ball weights and more weight can be added by filling them with canned food, bottles of water or soda and the like.  A 9 volt battery can add an interesting aspect to the training.  A belt can substitute for a paddle or flogger quite nicely.  Though I prefer not to use them, many callers prefer to use Q-tips or other household items for urethral penetration instead of purchasing much safer (and more effective) sounds.

Does the idea of all this pain make you wonder if you’d be able to have that great release?  No worries.  Some callers are so excited at their climax that they shoot the metal sound out and across the room so it hits the wall.

CBT, or cock and ball torture, involves creating increasing levels of pain for the caller.  I like to start out with light pain and add layers of techniques to increase the pain to whatever level the caller can handle and perhaps a tiny bit beyond that.  After all, pushing these callers further than they’ve been before is certainly part of the allure of CBT.

But, I hear you saying, doesn’t CBT include ballbusting by definition.  No, my friends, it does not.  Ballbusting focuses exclusively on the balls.  It goes much further than any ball torture that’s part of CBT might go.

In a CBT session I like to start with a hard spanking.  Then I follow that with bringing pain to nipples.  Thereafter, depending on how hard the cock is, I focus on bringing increasing levels of pain to cock and balls.  Refer to earlier posts for the type of toys you should have available for CBT sessions.  I like to have a wide selection to choose from, even if I don’t always use all of them.

In ballbusting sessions, callers have different things they really love.  Some have another person there to kick or knee them in the balls and that’s sometimes all they really want.  It’s the humiliation of another person putting them down in this way that attracts them.  Typically, they like to have a woman there doing this, but if they can’t find another person to do it, they set up something that they can run into to create the same feeling.

Other ballbusting callers like smashing their balls with hammers or meat tenderizers, sometimes first placing the balls on a hard surface to insure a better smack on the balls.  Some love to take skewers (I prefer that they use metal ones to avoid splinters) and hammer or shove them through the sac.  Most like to put the skewers close to, but not through the balls.  Others want them going right through the balls.  These sessions are not for the faint of heart!  I typically make callers beg very hard before letting them put skewers (or anything else) through their balls or even hammer them hard.  These things can damage the balls.  While that’s what these callers want, I’m not going to simply order them to do so without them begging and pleading long and hard for it.

In fact, the difference between pain (and sometimes a lot of it) and damage may define the difference between CBT and ballbusting.  In CBT I enjoy causing pain, especially when that pain might last for a few days, reminding them each time they feel it of our session.  In ballbusting, I am careful to make the caller insist upon damaging himself before I say he may do so.

So, if you’re into pain sessions, give me a call at 888-232-1467 and let’s see what happens.  I typically work with my pain-loving callers on a regular basis, getting to know them and their tolerances better each time.  Be sure you have your “toys” with you when you call and do set aside at least 30 minutes for your first session.  We might not go that long, but that will allow me to see your limits.  Later sessions may well last an hour or longer, so be prepared for that.  If you know or suspect that your wife, girlfriend or roommate is returning soon, or that an important call is coming in shortly, don’t call for your CBT session.  Wait until you know you’ll have plenty of time alone so you can enjoy the session without concern about interruptions.
