Combatting Loneliness in Feminization Callers

If the caller limits the Google search to the applicable state, county or city, specific local groups appear. By ignoring the dating and clothing sites and focusing on the social sites instead, it’s possible to find a group of like-minded people who deal with the same issues as the caller. In attending group meetings, perhaps volunteering at or participating in group events, the caller begins to find friends who understand the loneliness and other issues s/he faces daily.
As I tell so many of my feminization callers, no one is going to knock on your door and ask you if you’re a sissy or cross-dresser and whether you’d like a friend. It just won’t happen. You have better odds of winning the lottery than finding a friend by waiting alone behind closed doors. So, get out there. Find those organizations. Get to meetings. You might have to drive a few hours if you live in a small town, but you can find a group if you really want to do so.

Preparing for Your CBT Session

CBT sessions cannot simply “happen” without a little preparation. Some type of “toy” is needed. Certainly, we can get along with just a few items, but you have to have things. As a phone sex Mistress, I love to get emails or calls from serious CBT callers who want to know what toys and things they should have available for their session.
This tells me that the individual wants a good session and is willing to prepare in advance for it. The advance preparation also helps heighten the anticipation of the caller for the session. As I have discussed before, anticipation is a wonderful element to add to CBT sessions. It takes the session to a higher level than might otherwise happen.
When giving a list of items I wish the caller to have available, there is usually something that intrigues them and makes them wonder to what use it will be put. Sometimes I tell them; sometimes I laugh and tell them to wait and see. Either way, purchasing and gathering all these items in preparation for the session heightens the caller’s anticipation.
As a Mistress, I make use of that anticipation much as theme parks create anticipation in their customers for the various rides. Yes, the CBT session focuses on different peaks than a theme park, but the results are equally successful when the anticipation builds to the ultimate point before the session.
When you’re jonesing for that CBT session, think about how much greater the anticipation will be if you contact your Mistress for information on toys or to schedule an appointment time for your session.

There are two types of cuckold fantasy callers: those who have been or are being cuckolded by their wife/girlfriend, and those who wish they were. For both types, creating maximum pleasure involves the same techniques.
Creating the scene is important. Where did the wife meet her boyfriend? Was the husband with her? Did he help her choose the man? Did he wait at home for the wife to return with her new boyfriend? I like to ask the caller a bit about his reality or fantasy. Then I create the story based on that.
Describing the wife’s garments and how she teases the boyfriend is very important. Then the two return to the wife’s home and the husband is introduced. The boyfriend is not submissive to the husband and, in fact, generally ignores or laughs at him, or at least disregards the husband’s “rights” with regard to the wife. This is very important. The husband has to know he doesn’t count in this 3-way relationship. His needs are less important and he will receive only what his wife (and perhaps the boyfriend) let him to have.

In my last post, I discussed in general the idea of tease and denial, orgasm denial or cock control used with callers. In this post, I’ll delve more into the specifics of how and why I make the decision to permit or deny release.
A quick reminder of the three options I give callers: do they want (1) a guaranteed release at the end of the call; (2) a guaranteed denial at the end of the call, or (3) leave it up to me what happens.
Since option 3 gives me the most discretion, how do I decide whether I will permit or deny that release? Lots of factors enter into my decision.
With my regular callers, I usually have them on a training schedule of increased times of denial. If they haven’t exceeded the goal set, they don’t get to cum. These callers are the easiest ones for me to decide on because I already know their training schedule, what I expect of them and what they have done in the past.
With first time or very new callers, the decision is much more subjective. As a phone sex Mistress I love to hear callers moan and groan as they move up the pleasure scale when stroking. As they get closer, I expect to hear them begin to ask and then finally beg me to let them cum. The promises they make to me when in such a state are vast (and rarely kept). Other callers are virtually silent during the entire stroking process. No heavy breathing, moans or groans, virtually no indication of pleasure. Then, at the end, as I begin the edging process, I hear them say (usually without any excitement in their voice), “Mistress, may I cum now?”
Those showing the pleasure have a much greater chance of getting my permission for that release than those “bite the bullet” types who suffer in silence.
